IPCC using shared line for NON agent extensions

Hello,Mark. How are you doing? I believe you are doing good. 
I have very basic question. It is known that agent desktop will not work if agents extensions are shared.

What if agent has a shared personal line that is not known to IPCC. Will that configuration work?

    Hi Nizami,

    Agent extensions cannot be shared extension - it's true, but agents/users can have shared extensions clusterwide which can't be used as agent extension configured on CCX/CCE but can be used only for non-contact center purpose.
