Configuration error from the solution workbook
=> section 4.5 for the loopback-dn, solution suggests to use ephon-dn 4 with incoming translation-profile to change the caller-id to 3000. This did not work.
What worked was to use a outgoing translation profile in the ephone-dn 3. (which is 3003)
=> Section 7.3 is missing in workbook, this is referenced in the solutions guide page 23 (Task 4.2 explanation)
