Partitions
When I configure the Internal and put BR1 _ LIne 1 and HQ1 _Line 2 in the same partition and try to place a call, the phone does not ring. It gives a error message. As if there is no route to it. Any Ideas

Did you put that line or the corresponding phone into a CSS that includes the partition where the lines are located?
Here is an example:
Place a partition called "PT_internal" into a CSS called "CSS_Internal"
Assign the phone or lines to a CSS that includes "PT_internal"
Assign the lines to that partition
and they should be able to call one another.
OK so I have to put PT_Internal instead of Internal. Is that correct?
The name of the partition is irrelevant. This was just an example. Same for the CSS, and the names do not need to match the partitions either, btw.

BTW, as you already may know, if niether of the phones is in a partition, they'll be able to call one another with no problems.
But once a line is in a partition, anyone who wants to reach that phone has to have a CSS configured with that line's partition included.
