BR2 OSPF Adjacency (default configs)

Well, I'm having a tough time with R3 (BR2).  It won't form an OSPF adjecancy and I need all 3 routers "up" since VOL1 6.x tasks is the first where we work on all 3 routers in a single task. R1 and R2 (HQ and BR1) adjacencies are fine. I've been using the default configs from the Members area since I started VOL1 and BR2 is the only router not forming an adjacency.  My VWIC interfaces are slotted on my routers in the same order as the INE default configs.  Any ideas?  Help is appreciated.

    Can you please send your BR2 and HQ full configs, and can you do a 'debug ip ospf adj' on HQ and BR2, and then clear the ospf proc on both routers and send that output as well?
