can any body explain how to check Licensing report on ccm ver 4 or less ( i know for the ccm 5 or 6 , but could not find for windows ccm) or the similar function

Back in the days of CCM 4.x, 3.x we didn't have to worry about licensing!

thx for the reply, but i wanted to know " how many phone are in the database , and how much i can add more " because i have a cluter in which the total capacity is being used how to confirum that

There is no simple way (as I am aware of) to find this information on CCM 4.
For CCM 4 you have to buy a license with every phone you buy. And the total you may have in your cluster depends on your MCS hardware.
If you go through the different MCS product sheets: http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/voiceapp/ps378/products_data_sheets_list.html, you'll be able to figure out how many phones your cluster can support. Then go through your routplan report, and start counting those registered devices.
