Is it worth spending time on Legacy FRTS , GTS , Custom queueing etc if one is preparing for Ver 4.0 blue print?

For right now I am telling students to do the same for 3.0 until we hear different from Cisco.

Know the theory on them very well - configure them only once and be sure you can find in the DOC-CD.
