Is there any way to stop coming route into oSPF database table ?

Is there any way to stop coming route into oSPF database table  as far as I know we can not block with distribute list ?

 

distibute list only effects routing table.

    Yes, but it would have to be through an Inter-Area or External
    advertisement.  For inter-area you could use stub areas, lsa type-3
    filtering, or summarization.  For external routes you could create
    separate OSPF domains and filter with redistribution between them.
