
IPCC Enterprise installation
Does anyone here have exprience with installing IPCCE 7.0? Everytime I try to install it, the install wizard stops and says it was interrupted and to try installing at a later time. Does anyone know where there might be some log files for the installation so that I can start troubleshooting what is causing the installation issue? Thanks.

Do apologize, but no direct experience with installing the enterprise version of IPCC. Installation issues with Cisco products could point to multiple issues. Is the platform supported, and is the Windows installation a Cisco specific windows installation? Also, are your RAM and HD requirements met?

I think I ran into this issue once when I was trying to install it from RDP. (I believe you have to have console access to the server, or mstsc /admin)
I had same issue when used RDP
RDP is never recommended for UCCE installations and operations. And also without 'mstsc /admin' or 'mstsc /console' you can't watch the console shells. Symantec PCAnywhere was recommended once by Cisco for login at CCE components - I dont' know if Cisco recently came up with some more tools.
