CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME HOW DO WE DEFINE ADDRESS FAMILY AND ITS USE.

Address families are the different layer 3 addressing schemes
(protocols) that are available to whichever routing protocol you are
looking at. For example: IPv4, IPv6, and VPNv4 are types of address
families that are available to BGP.
