Hi All,

I have configured eigrp on all my hub and spoke sites with dmvpn phas1.100's of tunnels are terminatiing on hub site but out of 100's tunnels 9-10 tunnels are always bounced and on spoke site we got error via eigrp that hold time expired.these 9-10 location can be any site.Please help me and let me know is there something else missing in conf or hub site router capability restrict to handle so many tunnels.

I don't know if this fits your situation...

If you are using 12.4-20T then there is a problem with NHRP. Processor utilization will usually hit 100 percent and spokes start to drop off.

If you disable the brand new NHRP mib then processor will not sky rocket.

You can also look into NHRP shortcut switching and NHRP redirect.

You may want to make sure your EIGRP timers are not too tight.  We were given a template from our parent company when we deployed DMVPN and found that the setting they were using were not conducive for WAN, much less the Internet.
