Telnet access

Hi,

I have a very basic question...is there anyway we can configure the vty lines

so that when user logs in, he doesn't get the following message. Instead

directly enter into the enable mode. II don't want to sent any password)

Trying 124.2.4.4, 7001 ... Open

Password required, but none set

Thx,

  • Here you go:

    RTR(config)#line vty 0 4

    RTR(config)#no login

    RTR(config)#privilege level 15

For telnet/ssh sessions there is no login request and user is going directly to priv lvl 15.

    Cheers,

    Seba
