VRF Select is in the workbook.  We're going to be offering SP Mock Labs
starting in about 2 weeks.  Next week is the first class session of the
SP 5-Day Bootcamp.  These new labs include those topics.  L2 VPN is
much easier to configure than L3 VPN as well.  These are many less ways
to screw it up.  This includes both L2TPv3 and AToM.  Here's a good doc
    on sample configs for it:

  • Hi Brian,

How does the mock lab product compare to the workbook I, II, and CoD
you already offer? Is this a classroom product, video, etc...?

It would also be good to know what the cost is or if this is an update
to existing products we might own.

    Thanks

    Bill
  • Hello Brian - is this the 5 day Bootcamp CoD version or a new product? if it's a new product do you think there will be a special price for those already posses the 2 workbooks and ATC CoD? also - is there a time-frame for the 5 day Bootcamp CoD version release, and will there be a special price for it as well?

maybe bundle both products (if they are 2 different ones) and sell them together (simply to complete the SP product line)?

One last thing - I understand the SP workbooks might get updated - are they, and is there a timeframe for that also?

    Thanks in Advance  [:)]

  • What will be the price of mock labs and will the topics that not in vol 2 workbook be in new mock labs?

  • VRF select is the IEWB vol 2 i guess Lab 10.. I feel that QPPB is not an complicated stuff and can be found in CISCO QOS Student Guide. There is a very good explaination of how table map assign QOS prec and group into FIB and how they were used.

If you want to try out L2 VPN, you can use IP Expert workbooks (Oops.. this is IE's gournd, sorry guys..). Anyway, vendor diversity always helps in the industry, i believe it will do the same in study too.

    Cheers!!

    Hello Brian,

These Mock Labs are going to be available for purchase ? Or
they are only available for those taking the bootcamp ?

By the way, and i'm sure there are many waiting an answer
to this question: when can we expect a new update to the SP materials (CoD, Vol1
    and Vol2) ?

    Thanks.
