Understanding WFQ and drop decisions
I am having trouble understanding how WFQ makes a decision on which packet to drop and this decision relationship with CDT congestion discard threshold. Is the CDT a single queue based decision or an entire system decision?
An explanation would be greatly appreciated.

The simple answer is fair-queue CDT is per queue (per flow queue) and hold-queue is the overall WFQ queue.
