If it's required to shape with cir=xxx and not less than mincir=yyy , Is it mandatory to add in the frame-relay map-class

frame-relay adaptive-shaping becn ?

or it's not needed.

 

and how to configure minimum cir with MQC configuration?

mincir is only used if you configure with frame-relay adaptive-shaping.

In MQC, use command shape adaptive to specify mincir
