1.9 RIPV2

"Configure RIPv2 between R2 & PIX. The pix should send defaut route alone to R2"

 

 

Does anyone confuse with the above sentence?  hehe English is not my native. Because i wonder if it is

 

1. PIX send default route to R2 only

2. PIX send only default route to R2

  • My understanding is that only RIP route that PIX should send to R2 is default route. 

    The PIX will advertise the following RIP subnets to R2, until you apply a distribute-list to the rip process
