%SYS-4-MODHPRESET:Host process (860) mod_num/port_num got reset asynchronously

Last Night i was doing Voice Lab and i see the above error message on c6500 switch and due to this the Voice port is losing the DHCP IP Address and losing connectivity to call manager. I spent almost 4 hours trying to troubleshoot the issue but no success. Also i ran into another issue my Branch 1 Router is not able to register with call manager. It registered initially when i restarted the call manager service but after few minutes the gateway on the call manager says unknown. the Branch 1 Router says it is registered with primary and backup call manager.

Any  help is really appreciated on how to fix C6500 resetting issue.
