How do I receive the $99 in INE training after downloading the free Solarwinds program?

As I asked above - I got a message about the free $99 in INE.com training so I downloaded the free trial of Solarwinds Network Monitoring but haven't received the reward. How do I go about it?

how long ago? I got this message some time ago; when I checked , there were no videos for $99 , so u would have to add some $ to get a series
