once OSPF it advertises as a link , what does it really representing to network as router or only the interface?
depends on type of links. for stub networks LSA 1 , router lsa, will include cost and network mask/subnet. but for transit type 2 will includes IP of DR router; for p2p links, lsa 1 includes router id of a nieghbor and IP of interface to reach him.
I suppose I dont understand your question here. are you talking about what is advertised in the OSPF LSU to 22.214.171.124?
