All Access Pass issues?

Is anyone else having All Access Pass issues? I'm trying to access where I left off in the CCIE Routing & Switching v5 Advanced Technologies videos and am getting an error that tells me I "need to be signed in with an All Access Pass to view this content." But my subscription is good through 2018.

I tried deleting my *.ine.com cookies and tried with other browsers as well (Safari, Chrome, Firefox).

I opened a support case but the email response said:

"Our response time is typically within two (2) hours of your submittal; please be advised this may be affected in times of high volume and emails are only answered during office hours.

Our office hours are Monday-Friday 7:00AM to 8:00PM US Eastern Time (-5 UTC)." 

If I'm reading this correctly I won't get any support for this issue until Monday. So much for that part of my studying this weekend. :(
