BFD on IOSXR v6.0.0

Anyone have an idea why BFD is not formed in IOSXR? I've tried both in ISIS and OSPF, and none are working. Not sure what I'm missing. BTw, this lab runs in VMWare ESXi 6.0

IOSXE or CSR1000V is fine with BFD.

The guide  looks straight-forward.
