Frequent disconnects and authentication errors

I have started using the INE RS rack rentals.  I really like the web interface and the ease of use with respect to loading configs and accessing devices.


With that said, I have noticed that I often experience connection problems to the devices and often need to use the 'clear line' function to restore access.  


Probably a minor issue if these disconnects didn't happen very often but as of late this issue is happening a lot.  Additionally, there are times when the line clearing does not restore access.


Yesterday's rental was practically unusable with the constant authentication errors and need for line clearing.  


i am using Chrome and I'm on a broadband network via Time Warner Cable in New York City.


Wondering if anyone else experienced these issues?  If not then I'll need to do some digging on my end ;-)
