EIGRP Neighbors

Hello Experts,

 

my question is what can cause 2 EIGRP neighbors not to exchange routes.

 

They are already neighbors because I can verify it the sh ip eigrp nei, but they are not exchaning routes.

I encountered such case once I configured improper ACL.

It believe could also be that their router-ID's are identical.

If for some reason multicast routing is working (so they find each other), but unicast is not.. Check ACLs, frame relay maps..

My problem was the frame relay map statement. I think the best way to learn is to run into problems, post it in the forum and get help from all you wonderful experts. Thanks for your insights.
