ASA ASDM 7.3
I was just using an ASA and wanted to clarify something. Assume this is the scenario, I have 1 ASA firwall and on the internal network I have a server on 10.0.0.1, which gets natted to public ip 220.127.116.11 statically as it leaves the outside interface. Now lets say someone on the internet wants to get to my server using 18.104.22.168 (lets say its a web server and uses port 80). On the outside interface of the ASA do I need a rule to permit 22.214.171.124 to 10.0.0.1 using port 80, or do I make the rule: any to 10.0.0.1 using port 80?
