Multicast Stream Testing

I have a single router with two SVI's on it. The router connects to two seperate switches. One switch connects to my source (a machine running vlc player that is streaming a movie), and the other switch connects to a host/client who wants to watch the stream (a machine running vlc player that is listening for rtp streams at "rtp://@239.255.1.65:5004". When I play the video on the source machine, it displays the video only on the source (as I selected to display the content locally on the source using a tick box). But when my client tries to join, there is no output. I've troubleshooted it to being the fact that the stream is not hitting the RP as I can't even see the stream on the (S,G) mapping. But at this point I'm stuck. I've pasted some of the config output on the router below so that hopefully someone can help me on where to even start.
