What is high memory utilization

Hi, all,

 

Does anyone know what is considered high memory utilization on Cisco routers, Nexus and ASA?   50%? 80%?

 

Any supporting documentation or experience?

 

We don't want to deal with the problem when it occurs.  We want to monitor the memory utilization and deal with it before problems occur.
