Auto-Negotiation Query
Hi,
As per 802.3u it is recommended to do auto-neg for links with speed greater than 1G in order to better select the PHY characteristics. Could someone let me know if this behavior holds good for the Fiber links as well.

The default should be to always use auto negotiation. It provides Remote Fault Indication (RFI) and MDIX are two reasons to keep it on.
