Discontiguous wildcard mask..

Hi Guys, 

I have been given the following network address and wildcard mask and been told to figure out which subnets will be allowed/denied if we use this network address and wildcard mask in an ACL. Could anyone be kind enough to help me with that as I have been looking around for some information on it but not much luck. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
