4.9 tagging behavior

Just want to confirm.

I've tagged and redistributed RIP<->EIGRP on R6.

I've redistributed EIGRP<->OSPF and set the metric for tag 1 traffic on R1 only.....

It seems that the BB3 traffic (tag 3) is not being passed from R1.

I would have thought that tagged 3 traffic would have passed the route-map....

route-map EIGRP->OSPF permit 10
 match tag 1
 set metric 1
route-map EIGRP->OSPF permit 999

Untagged and tag 1 traffic passes -- but tag 3 doesn't.

If that's the case, then we don't need to set the metric, right?

Is that the way it works?
