Can we get a new topic area for collaboration?  Does anyone have any good links detialing lab licensing for CUCM 9?  I just completed an install and see the license error pointing me to a license manager.

Unfortunately it don't think there's a 'lab' license like there was for 7.  I work for a partner and had to buy the NFR (not for resale) kit.

Can I use a 9951 in place of a 9971?  I can't find any major differences?

I guess you could, the major importance is you need the camera backpack so that you can practice on topics such as video calls, CAC, video conferencing...
