10.24 Legacy FRTS with Per-VC CQ

Q1: There SEEMS TO BE a redundant command in this lab.  queue-list 1 queue 0 limit 15 is entered both when creating custom protocol AND custom queue.  Shouldn't the first occurance be:

queue-list 1 protocol ip 0 udp 520 ??

Q2: Why is the ip mtu 80 command required at the S0/0 interface level?
