LDAP Sync Issue

Hi All,

        I am using LDAP Sync with Active Directory for user accounts in Call manager 8.6.2.When i am creating new user account(with both First and Last name ) in AD as well as name changes for existing account   and my cucm cant able to get these information.

       I restarted Dir Sync service in CUCM but no issue.

       And i can able to ping LDAP server (primary and secondary) successfully from my cucm.

       This issue happening recently before it was working fine, no major changes are done in cucm.Please help me to solve this issue.
