ACS - can't see the customize conditions - authorization policy

Hi everyone !

I'm a new here and it's my first post [:)]

I'm working with ACS 5.3 (INE rack) and I found one problem. I tried to add authorization policy to set up condition: assign a profile if the username=XXX but I can't see any 'customize conditions':

Access policies->Access Services->Default Network Access->Authorization->Customize

When I try to add a new policy without customizing them first, I see error messge:

"ACS: resource not found or internal server error"

I've checked the status and looks fine:

"ACS1/admin# show application status acs

ACS role: PRIMARY

Process 'database'                  running
Process 'management'                running
Process 'runtime'                   running
Process 'view-database'             running
Process 'view-jobmanager'           running
Process 'view-alertmanager'         running
Process 'view-collector'            running
Process 'view-logprocessor'         running"

Thanks for any suggestions

Hubert

  • Add a printscreen. Are you using IE to manage ACS? Other browsers do not display correctly.
