13.9 DHCP Authorized ARP

Hi,

Applied config from solution guide but now I am not able to ping R1.

Rack4R6(config-subif)#no ip local-proxy-arp
Rack4R6(config-subif)#do ping 155.4.146.1

What seems to be the problem ?
