Cisco CUCM E1 Router 2811 CLID ISSUE

Hello,

I have a problem with CLID on the IP Phones on my Cisco CuCM 8.

sometimes the caller-id appears and sometimes the caller-id shows the main DID number of E1.

for example while calling an extension 3 times, the first time I get the correct CLID and the other times I receive the main DID number.

below is the configured Dailpeers and show voice call status that shows the correct CLID case and wrong CLID case on the same extension number:

  • I assume you are talking about inbound calls into your system.

    What about the CLID from the service provider? Please check the debug for 'debug voice ccapi inout' to check if your provider is sending the wrong CLID. Also, what about the translation-profile? Can you please paste that as well?

    yes I am talking about inbound calls into system.

    I have checked the trace for 'debug voice ccapi inout' and telco is sending the CLID correctly however as shown in my orignial post,
