Thanks Brian! I just ordered it. Going to start VOD's this next week. Any other suggestions for study material for a noob? No plan for taking the test(at least for now), but want to be somewhat knowledgable.
Not sure about for cert studies as I have not looked into what is required but for general knowledge and design principals the Cisco design guides are pretty comprehinsive.
Although now a much older book, this is still a very good one in terms of fundamentals:
Just be sure to look up recent part number and Blade, FI, IOM, Adapter capabilities on Cisco.com.
