Call waiting issue
I am using Device Profile for all users to access Extension Mobility using CUCM 8.5. In which only one of the user is facing Call waiting Problem (i.e)When that user in active call then at that time when new incoming call came then the user cant able to see the new incoming calling party details in his Cisco 8945 video ip phone. And i checked the configuration details in DN and Device profile Page , everything fine, no connectivity problem, all incoming and outgoing calls are proper.
At DN page in cucm--> Max . no of calls = 4
Busy Trigger = 2
Please assist me to solve this problem ASAP.
