Regarding call waiting issues
I configured device profile for extension mobility for all users using CUCM 8.5. But only one of my Device profile user is facing call waiting problems(i.e)when he is on a active call then if another incoming call comes at same time , he cant able to see the second calling party on his cisco VOIP 8945 video ip phone and Busy signal was heared to the called party.I tried to double check profile and DN confign as below
And all outgoing calls, incoming calls and connections are proper . Please help me out to solve this call waiting issues.
