SIP Phone Registration problem
I am experiencing registration problems with a SIP phone that is configured in CUCM (7.0.1). This happens mostly when I try to import a config into CUCM. After booting, the phone displays a "number not cofigured" error on the screen and CUCM shows its status as "Rejected". However, the phone is provisioned with a line. I have tried deleting the phone and reconfiguring it, but it simply comes back as "Rejected". I have also performed a factory reset, manipulated the DHCP information so it takes load files from a different server, reset the TFTP and CM services on CUCM, but all to no avail.
Has anyone faced this issue before? What do you recommend?
