Unmapped exception Null error when adding H323GW to CUCMv9

Hello Everyone,

I am trying to add H323GW to a CUCMv9, when I try to save it am getting the "unmapped exception null" error.

This happens when I enter the Ip address of the GW in the
Device name field, but if I enter the hostname of the GW, I am not getting this error.

I tried in a different browser, I tried to restart the system/service but no luck.

Could you please any one help me in this regard.

Maybe you are using IE8 to change & save the configuration. Look at this:

No MR, it is not the browser issue. If I use a IP of the HQ router which is in the same subnet as CUCM 10.0.10.254 & 10.0.10.200) then am facing this issue, if I use a different IP on the router everything is working fine.

 

I could not find the reason but I found a temporary solution for this to use a different interface IP on the router to add it as H.323GW on the CUCM.
