Nexus B22HP Fex + vPC

Hi Guys,

I want to connect a Cisco B22 FEX to a peer of N5K acting as parent switches.

There are 8 ports in the B22 with 4 ports connecting to one N5K and the other 4 ports connecting to the second N5K.

I would like to know if it is ok to group all 4 ports connecting to one N5K in a port-channel and do the same on the other N5K and then run vPC downstream to the B22 FEXs? Basically having the 2xN5Ks managing one B22 FEX as you would with the N2Ks?

Below is the sample config I intend to apply on each N5K:

N5K1

interface port-channel101
description "connection to ports 1-4 of B22"
  switchport mode fex-fabric
  fex associate 101
  vpc 101

interface Ethernet1/4 - 7
description "connection to ports 1-4 of B22"
  switchport mode fex-fabric
  fex associate 101
  channel-group 101

N5K2

interface port-channel101
description "connection to ports 5-8 of B22"
  switchport mode fex-fabric
  fex associate 101
  vpc 101

interface Ethernet1/4 - 7
description "connection to ports 5-8 of B22"
  switchport mode fex-fabric
  fex associate 101
  channel-group 101

Please let me know if I have missed anything and if there is anything else I need to be aware of.

Am I also right to say the max-pinning will be 1 which is pointing to the port-channel interface?

Thanks for your help.
