Is AAP working currently? I logged in, but don't have access to vids that I don't have bookmarked. Not sure if there's a billing issue, but if there is, I wasn't contacted about it. I've opened a TT, but figured I'd ask here as well.
I've tried a couple of videos and on some I got an "access to this video is restricted" message at first, but after clicking on it in the playlist again it worked.
Thanks Jochen. I'll assume there's an issue with billing then. Strange they wouldn't have contacted me.
It’s not a billing issue, it’s some technical issue with the content delivery network today, but I think as of now it’s resolved though. If you get the message again try refreshing your login. If that still doesn’t work then submit a support ticket to us.

Hi Brian - thanks for the info. I opened ZFP-133258 at 9 AM Mountain via the "need help?" tool in the members area. logged out, closed browser, etc. Currently, when I go to the AAP tab on the left nav, I get:
"Start your All Access Pass subscription today! You will not be able to view our library of streaming videos until you have subscribed to our All Access Pass."
It's certainly possible there's really a billing issue, but then the 28th seems like a strange time for it to show up.
