Work Environment:

Fast paced environment with a high demand. State Farm has spent 100's of millions of dollars to design a new Unified Communications solution. They have the UC group that is doing all the project work and as they roll out to new offices the Enterprise Telecommunications team is going to be tasked with doing the 3rd level support of the deployment. If they do not have the people on the ground to do the support and continue to install the environment there will be downtimes, delays, etc and that will cost state farm millions in inefficiencies and network/phone outages.

Work on the largest UC project in the domestic US

If they have the right people in on the team to do both the support and project work, they will be able to keep the systems up and running and should not see downtimes.
