Unity Connection - wrong Greeting played/mailbox opened
Example - > Jack is Calling Hugo, aka 1001 calling 1002. Once the call is forwarded to VM, id expect the "Sorry, Hugo Reyes is not available". However im hearing my own VM account, so CUC is asking for my Pin.
The CUC - CUCM intergration is done via SIP and works fine (AXL import etc), just that im not reaching other peoples inbox, only the inbox form the person initiating the call because for whatever reason CUC recognizes these calls as Direct Calls and is using the Direct Routing Rules instead of the Forwarding Routing rules which it should use. Any idea why that would be the case?
I have a Route Pattern with 1850 pointing to the SIP Trunk used for CUC which has nothing fancy configured. Im not using any CSS or PT at all in this lab.
