Hi all,

In task 1.1 I could configured correctly the vlan assign as requested, but it says also to ping but i dont know which address i have to ping to test the connectivity, please help i am small confused.

Hopefully you've figured out what IPs to ping by now... If not, just look at the soultions guide and it will tell exactly what IPs topng for verification.

did you load the basic ip configs as it say right above the task ?

Not to change the subject,
but am I the only one who gaze the screen
while pouring the tons of initial configs to each node every time?

Because if there should be  even one ^ caret,
it would ruin all of the configuration,  I believe.

Usually when you see the ^ symbol, that means that you inputted improper syntax. If you are copying and pasting configs onto the devices, make sure that you edit the configs to match the interfaces on yor switch or router.

One ^ may throw your configs off, but it may not necessarily mess up the entire configuration being copied to your device.

Assuming the hardware is yours, why don't you copy all the config files to flash first and then just perform "copy flash:basic.ip.addressing.txt startup-config"?
