  • R1 and R6 are directly connected in Vlan146. Directly connected interfaces should be reachable to each other if

    1. Trunk between switches are correct and respective vlans are allowed. In this case atleast vlan146.

    use - show int trunk

    2. Check interface of both routers and switches. Is IP address and subnets correctly assigned.

    3. Are vlans created on switches. Is spanning tree instance for vlan146 end to end ?

use - show spanning-tree vlan 146 on both switches

    5. .... list goes on...

Always draw the topology to understand what is going on at layer2.

  • Check the trunk port between SW1 and SW2. Try creating SVI per switch (troubleshooting) and see if you can reach both R1 and R6 vlan 146.

  • Cheak the arp configuration  if it's enable on R6 Ethernet .
