Cannot get ASS 5505 to work with ANY-Connect

Folks,

I am a true newbie with the firewall , I been trying to get an ASA 5505 to allow anyconnect session to an internal network, I have used the Wizard tool provide by ASA 5505 and still cannot get this connect.

The network is

 

PC --208.78.250.33 ------ 208.78.250.34-RTR-208.78.250.1 ------ 208.78.250.2 ASA5505--- 172.16.3.0/24

I check the logging on the firewall and the user gets atunthentcated fine, but the anyconnect client

Reports "Anyconnect was not able to establish a connection to the specified secure gateway Please try connecting agian"  

This is setup for a SSL VPN and not an IPSEC , I have tried reviewing the SSCP video on INE and don't find them helpful

Can any one help with advice or point me to some info
