
Email notifications for cisco call manager
Hi,
let me know how to configure the E-mail alerts when ever there is an alarm from cisco call manager.
1) Mail alerts from the hardware failure.
2) Alarms when ever the alarming and critical messages from cisco call manager.

These alerts are configured through the RTMT tool. Have you downloaded this tool and explorers the alert options there?
