Please post the output of the following commands for further
troubleshooting:
show frame pvc | i DLCI
sh run int Serial0/0/0
sh int Serial0/0/0
sh run int Serial0/0/0.54
sh int Serial0/0/0.54
The frame-relay sub-interface could be down because the DLCIs don't
match on both sides.
