6.1 and 6.2 conflict
6.1 says to enable tcp and udp before blocking any ip packets to minimize impact.
6.2 replaces the inbound acl(100) on R6 with a new acl (FROM_BB1). This new acl dosen't have a permit udp any any.

Same issue here. I read it as a progression over 6.1 as per the SG but still have an issue as normally breaking any other question's requirement means failure?
Anyone?
