I don't think so because the command structure is different. We used MQC to apply the solution to our frame-relay interface-dlci. GTS applies directly to the interface without needing any types of class-maps, policy-maps, or map-classes. It accomplishes the same thing with a slightly different set of commands.
If this were GTF we would have had to apply the command traffic-shape under our interface. In the task we are told not to do that or FRTS.
Also, with GTS you would use show traffic shape command to see your results. With the way we are asked to sovle it here if you run show traffic-shape you get nothing. If you run show policy-map interface then you can see the results of what we did.
